Pilates

Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named.
Pilates called his method “Contrology”.

“Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that’s all about proper body alignment and using “the breath and the core to facilitate movement,”

Pilates will meet anybody’s needs to improve their movement in a graceful way, and at the same time make it extremely challenging,” Paula Marie and Gabriela Estrade, Pilates Specialists.
