Clinical Reflexology
The aim of this treatment is to release the flow of energy and rebalance the various systems of the body by using specific pressure point massage on the reflex points of the feet. Swedish body massage
An invigorating form of massage that aids relaxation and releases muscle tension. Working the muscle tissue can reduce stiffness and pain, release tension and break up muscle knots and adhered tissue. It can also be helpful in improving circulation and lymphatic drainage by eliminating accumulated toxins and waste products.
Indian Head Massage
Based on the Indian ayurvedic system of healing, the aim is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Deeply calming, it is particularly good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, headaches and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience leaves them feeling energised, revitalised and better able to concentrate.
Aromatherapy Massage
A very relaxing massage using highly concentrated plant oils, each with different healing properties. Some can be calming, others energising, cleansing, decongesting. It can also help conditions such as insomnia, headache, digestive disorders, premenstrual syndrome and back pain.
